Instructions for Qualified Candidates

1. Candidates who have qualified in the CPT Examination are required to report to their respective Regional / ASDO Offices on or before 20.12.2025.
2. Candidates must submit their Acknowledgement Status to the concerned office.
   Only those candidates who submit the Acknowledgement Status will be issued the Mark Sheet.
3. At the time of reporting, candidates are required to produce the following:
   
   • Two (02) self-attested photocopies of the required documents
   • One valid Registered ID Proof (original for verification)
   • ₹1800/- Challan towards Acknowledgement Status
   • All other documents as notified in the official notification
4. Candidates are advised to ensure that all documents
   

   are complete and in order. Failure to comply with the above instructions may lead to non-issuance of the Mark Sheet.

5. The schedule and instructions are subject to change at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
